PSS Festival 2005

Every year at Memorial Weekend, the Inland Slope Rebels host what has become as the worlds largest PSS Festival, and a truly national caliber event. PSS stands for "Power Slope Scale", which describes gliders that fly on slope lift, patterned to look like miniature scaled down powered planes, including jets, or propeller driven aircraft. Historically, WWII vintage planes are favored, but we are seeing more and more civilian aircraft models every year.

This year also feature some giant scale models, such as Joe Cormier's 30 pound, 10 foot wingspan WWII plane. Yes, this is a glider!
