The Tax Man Cometh! - Planes for Sale

Doing my taxes this week, looks like I'll be robbing the piggy bank and digging into the couch for spare change. Consequently, I am selling two of my F3F ships. Photos and details on RCGroups.com (links below)

My Construction Project WebCam

Here is a webcam site for one of my current projects in Irvine:

Password is "temp"

My favorite view is Irvine 2, which shows all 5 pad areas that we will be building on. The concrete slab you see is the top podium level of a underground 2 story parking garage, to which I will be adding 156 residential apt. units. To the right of it is the next building whose garage is under construction. To the left is a 3rd that will start next month, behind them are two more that start in about 4 months. Over 1600 units total for all 5 pads in this phase. Biggest project in Orange County right now, over $350 million. There will be over 2,000 workers on site when all 5 buildings are underway. Currently there are 14 project managers on the job site just to get the first three out of the ground, all of which flood me with questions daily. 14 against 1! It's a fun job.
